We ask that you identify landmen engaged in the upstream petroleum industry for the purpose of securing mineral and other oil and gas interests using effective and skillful negotiation with other parties. Candidates should be well known for their solid negotiating abilities while at the same time able to maintain sound integrity and honesty in their dealings with others. They should have experience in completing large mineral acquisition projects or have been involved in negotiating significant agreements or contracts while consummating fair business arrangements.

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Has had significant experience in Texas
• Has a record of successfully negotiating mineral acquisition, merger or divesture deals
• Must have attained industry recognition in his/her field of expertise
• Has published writings or papers and made presentations or provided testimony
• Has demonstrated fairness, honesty and integrity in applying negotiation skills
• Is active in technical organizations and professional societies
• Has promoted a positive public image and helped establish a good name for his/her organization
